Withdrawing funds from your wallet

Where is the money sent?

Your wallet withdrawal will be sent to the verified MPESA number set in your profile. If you wish to receive on a different MPESA account, you must edit your profile MPESA number then verify it. Lipasafe will not process withdrawals unless the recipient has a verified MPESA number.

  1. On the Dashboard page, click on the Blue Details button under the Quick Menu section

  1. You should now see the My Wallet page. Click on the Green Withdraw button

  1. Fill the amount you would like to withdraw in the form. This amount must be already in your wallet for a withdrawal to be successful.

  1. Once you have submitted a withdrawal request, Lipasafe will send you the amount requested within 12 hours.
