How do I recover my LipaSafe account?

Sometimes bad things happen and you lose access to your LipaSafe account. If this happens to you, relax! We have an easy way to help yo get back to business.

  1. Visit the Login or Registration page
  2. Click on the Reset button at the bottom of the page
  3. On the Reset Account Page that opens, enter the email address you used to register your LipaSafe account
  4. Click on the green Start Recovery button. Recovery instructions will be sent to your email address.
  5. Click the button in the email message to reset your password
  6. Enter your new password, confirm it and click Change Password

You should choose a strong password, different from the previous one. Click here to generate a secure password
